This is about 100nm of some of the best sailing that there is. The event is 3 days...sort of a mini tybee500...great prep for bigger events. It takes place on Lake Ontario, in Canada and we sail around the county of Prince Edward which is right across the lake from Rochester. Its a 1 hour drive west of Kingston where CORK is held. The wind conditions here are absolutely fantastic. The water temp is in the low 70s. A crash boat will follow the fleet for safety. Last year was a trial run and it was the best sail we had all year. Its mostly flat water.
