Their website (www.rbsa.org, fleet 106) clearly states Open Class start. As one of the groups in Div 11 who have always welcomed open class, I would have thought the open guys would have thanked them by planning to show up, and not by passing on rumors or boycotting them for events not under their control. They WILL be running open, and I'm willing to bet the pigs will be flying. Stay home and pout or come out and sail.
