Talked to Bert - he's using the PYC Bay Sailing Instruction markers, and says he's not sending us under the Bay Bridge - it'll be a steeplechase using 133 as the first and last mark. He won't commit to a course until skippers' meeting. Forecast looks like 5-15 westerlies going left for the day...
