Take those cleats off, move them outboard as far as you can get them, and have them facing so you can cleat the jib from the windward side as Jake said. This means as you pull that rope(the barber hauler) it will open the slot of your jib up between the jib and mainsail. Use this for reaching and downwind sailing. I beleive the cleats are facing the wrong way right now.
