I think that if the trailer is in really good condition, the whole package should be priced at more like $250.00. The repair is possible, but you'll have countless hours and quite a bit of money spent on Epoxy. Plus, the resale wouldn't be that great after the repair.
Check some of the other parts out. The sails, rudders, blocks, etc., have value, even if the hulls are junk. If you can buy it right, maybe you can find good hulls somewhere.
