Do a search on catsailor forum for 'quick release harness' Wyatt. There has been a lengthy discussion about what this new rule might mean. The Bethwaite system was certainly discussed and yes, I believe it was agreed that it would constitute a 'quick release harness'.

Until the powers that be decide to give clear guidance though, I think we're all just guessing.....
