My brain is just going crazy today. I changed the ring, becuase the smaller one is just imposible to hook and unhook. I have YET to get it to hook when hoisting and unhooking with bringing the main down.

Its a real annoyance to have to flip the boat on the beach ever time I take her out.

When Matt handed over the boat he had the halyard tide to between the ring and the shackle. Dunno the stock system for me, never worked.
