It appears things are growing not shrinking as so many predicted.
Do you have membership numbers to show that growth over the last few years?
I wonder where the US Sailing numbers came up with 12,000+ members in 1997 - it doesn't sound reasonable. Perhaps that's worldwide? They call it "Hobie Class" not HCA or NAHCA.
