Which is better?

Fewer regattas and higher attendence

or

More regattas and lower attendence?

Again, the age-old question... As I see it, the cancellation of several races may have encouraged more participation in the few that remained. Does suck for those who have the resources to race every weekend, but maybe this isn't such a bad thing for those that aren't?
