Hi Brian,
To do a screen shot, open the page in question, then hit the button that says "Print Screen" on your keyboard. Located above the 6 keys that have Insert, Home, Page Up, Delete, End and Page Down.
Now you will have a picture on your clipboard.
Then you can paste it into almost any program (i.e., wordpad, word, etc.) and then let us see the file as an attachment.

I certainly cannot understand the missing text. Meanwhile, I have been in discussion about the sizing thing with my tech guy. He says the industry standard is 700 pixels, but if I want to I could make it 100%. There could be problems with the overall layout, however, if I change the template.
Next week I might have some time to play around with it and see what happens.
