Here are the results of the weekend F16/FX-1 racing at Datchet. The fleet was pretty even except for Aaron who dominated throughout, as the results show.

The last race was more entertaining as a strong squall blew through, causing multiple capsizes. Here the T foils on the Stealths proved their worth by keeping most the Stealths upright, as the result shows. Aaron managed a second place by finishing the race on his side! And that was when the wind had blown through!

Apart from that the racing was pretty even.

Adrian Jones became the new FX-1 national champion.

Mr Hobie Cat UK, Steve Beard, presented the FX-1 trophy and very generously provided prizes for the whole event. Thanks Steve. A star as always.

A sucessful event and proved how well the fleets sailed together. If you are looking for an exciting single hander then consider the FX-1 or the Stealth and sail at Datchet!
