the attached blk is a 2650 BLK-40MM CARBO FIXED

the lines are swifcords, maybe 9mm and 5mm.

I also recommend you to order a pre-tapered sheet, because I agree with macca: the weak point of this solution is the tapered part of the sheet. It has to run smootly.

As Macca recommended you can also use boom-integrated sheet, as most of the T sailors, but I think it also has some (more) disadvantage.

First of all, you have to remove nerarly everything from the boom, clean it inside and also outside. Outhaull, rotator, negative rotator, etc.

Inside - of course you need a place for the running block
Ouside - yes, also - if there are rivet ends inside the boom, it can stop the running bolck.

In 2004 I visited a Volvo T race in Germany, and I made a few pictures, like this, and some additional.

That time I sailed an old Panthercraft Tornado so I converted my sheet soon. It is a 1:5 ouside x 1:2 inside.
