You will need to forgive my ignorance as I have only been sailing mozzies for a very short time. I guess what I mean is, "Do 'you' deliberately rotate your mast to a particular angle to power up your sail" or "does your mast rotate itself due to releasing mainsheet tension - powering up, therefore rotating the mast anyway"..

I am just trying to grasp the best setup for upwind rotation angle but I guess this is all in relation to draft and draft position which would change your angle of attack of the sail and therefore pointing angle.
