You might want to take the Turnpike up, that would be faster than rt.27 but the tolls with a trailer will be expensive. From Eustis to my house on rt.27 is about 110 miles, or 2 hrs., and then from my house to Ft. Lauderdale on 27 to I75 (Aligator Alley) is about another 2 hrs. for planing purposes.
