I just found this in the F16 forum, for what its worth...

If it's turtled, get your righting line and sit on and lean out on the most downwind corner of the hull (whether it is bow or stern). After a few seconds the air in the mast combined with your offset weight will make it want to rise and the boat will, slowly at first, popup to a position on it's side. Then you just right it as normal.

I also found that my siliconed in foam plug at the top of my mast had blown out??? Hence a mast full of water..
