Hi All

The hulls will be coated with a diluted epoxy first that soaks into timber, then the undercoat, then topcoats. Decks have a addditional layer of fibreglass cloth (75gm) which helps stiffen the hulls up and will hopefully stop those cracks in the paintwork which seem to appear at the main beam - bows, as appeared on my mossie after a few years.

With the help of Phill, I've found Luxepoxy White Primer, and Luxathane Top Coats. (DULUX)
