What kind of F16 are you looking to design, In order to expand on Wouters request for a spec.
Do you want to design to a budget? Do you want to design to a weight target? Are you designing a boat that can be homebuilt? Do you want to optimize for certain conditions? i.e. a certain crew weight, i.e. one up or two up certain wind conditions i.e. a good high wind boat, or light wind boat.
