Please Pardon my ignorance, but I am disgusted by the thought of sailing in NY harbor. I lived there for 9 years and watched the raw sewage spill from the Manhattan drain pipes into the east river. On a Nacra 6.0 with any wind I typicaly drink about a pint of what I sail through. I assume you all know what you are doing and that the river is safe to sail in but I could not get the vision out of my mind. It is safe Right?
