Welcome to the Mozzie class and clan. Hope you have many years of enjoyment in the class.
To get the most out of the pointing ability you will probably have to play with the sail settings; outhaul and downhaul and mast rotation. Try on a light to medium day so that you can see or feel the effects of each. Naturally the flatter the sail the higher you will point but you will sacrifice power and speed. Its a matter of playing until you get it right then try to remember the settings or mark them on the boom and mast.
As for getting out on trapeze, set up the trapeze ring at the height so that you can easily hook on and just pivot out with your legs. Yes it does take some practice but the first time you are out on the wire and see a totally different perspective to the youll probably never want to sail any other way. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> And 90 kg is not too heavy; probably out on trapeze at around 13 knots.
