The F12 is a small lightweight (<50kg) super simple craft for children up to a combined crew weight of 60kg.
So it is mostly sailed single handed.
Catch them young and train them rather waiting for the mono hull guys to do it.
Over 60kg and you go to F14 which we already know about, same for F16 and F18.
Re-write the F20 rules to provide a lighterweigh higher performance craft for the heavier sailor.

Just the way I see it.
