We are refining it right now and should have it up on a web-site (with other info.) after next week. Here it is for now - subject to modification after it gets reviewed by those involved in running the race. Bear with us if we tweek it a little.
We can all decide to go cat-rigged or sloop in a few weeks (or combination).
Looks like its going to be a fun race with lots of participation.

Gulfport Yacht Club (GYC) & Tampa Bay Catamaran Sailors, Inc. invites sailors of Taipan 4.9 (sloop or cat-rigged), A-Class, and Open Class Catamarans to be sailed on Boca Ciega Bay
November 9th & 10th, 2003, at the GYC.
Rules
The regatta will be governed by the current rules as defined in The I.A.S.F. Racing Rules of Sailing, 2001-2004.

Per Rule 86.1
Advertising
Series will be classed as Category C for advertising.
Eligibility and Entry
The regatta is open to beach cats 22’ and under with current US Portsmouth number.
Schedule of Events
Saturday November 9th, 2002:
7:00 - 10:00 am - coffee, orange juice, & doughnuts will be served.
8:00 - 9:30 am - registration and check-in.
10:00am - skippers meeting.
12:00 Noon! - 1st start/back to back racing.
No starts after 4:00 pm.
Sunday November 10th, 2002:
7:00 - 9:00 am - coffee, orange juice, and doughnuts will be served.
9:00 am - skippers meeting.
11:00 am - 1st start/back to back racing.
No starts after 3:00pm.
Trophies soon as possible after last race.
Registration
Friday, November 8th, 2002, from 5:00 - 8:00 pm is early registration at the GYC.
