Well I fixed it. For how long, we'll see. This is the "new" style thats not supposed to pull out, evar.

I used Mike's tramp fixit tool with a BFH, some water, and soap and finally got the thing back in there. I mangled the rope so I'm expecting it to pull out again in the future. Guess I'm looking at a new tramp for next season. Grrrr.

(Hint: when pulling the dagger boards up, put your feet on the hull, not on the tramp - thats how this happened)
