I suggested for Mary and Rick that they should start a video/image feedback/coaching service some years ago. Looks like the interest is there, but Jake and John are doing it for free Why have nobody commented on the twist in the mainsail yet? Looks like Chris&crew are missing a lot of power, even if the angle of the photo is a bit awkward.

Perhaps because the telltales are flowing. At some points coming out of the little Choptank the conditions went from upwind to close reaching with the puffs.
Come-on you guys, that is the best you got? What about the missing jib battens? ;
I’ll take the free critic anytime and it doesn’t have to be so polite.
For context, other pictures can be found at http://www.teampotc.com/ Go to the Photos Tab at the top. I just tried the linky and it is down, maybe for maintenance.
Keith, thanks for trying to back me up. I’ll recall that I was slower than the two leading N20s.
See attached schedule and come show us how its done!
Chris - I'll only defend the twist and some crew placement. I was watching the downhaul setting and reminding myself that you came from a half-boat background...
Everybody was faster than us that day until we figured out the jib slot thing...
Yes, the site is currently down today. The site was really hard to update, so Wendy completely redesigned the back end for me over the weekend. We've got one last issue to iron out, and I expect the site to be back up and running tonight.
