Just got this from John McKnight:
Open Regatta for all Classes
March 24-25
Upper Keys Sailing Club,
Key Largo, FL
The UKSC will open its doors for the first of what we hope will be at least an annual event. The regatta will be a no-frills event with lots of good sailing in clear water, away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, with good winds and flat seas and little or no kelp.
It is a two-day event open to all sailboats 22' and under. All boats will be in a Portsmouth Class, unless you have five or more boats - then you will have your own class.
Entry fee is $20 and includes:
* Great racing on the best sailing waters in the country (as many races as possible)
* Trophies 3-deep for each class
* Free Beer after racing
Expected Classes:
* Hobie Wave
* Hi and Low Catamaran Portsmouth
* Sunfish
* Monohull Portsmouth
Directions to the Club:
Going south on US #1 and around mile marker 100, turn right just before Wendys. Go to the end of the street and take another right to the end of the street.
