Hi everyone can someone help i need to no the area of a taipan mast? The reason is so i can then work out the half measurment
then get f16 sail made. thanks
Make sure you and your sailmaker fully understand the F16 mainsail measurement rules.
You could just bulid a sail that is (15sqm - mast area) big and with a 8.1m luff, but you then need to understand what this will then allow you to do with the sail.
I would firmly advise you download the
measurement form XLS and understand what makes an F16 sail measure and what the implications of the blackband measurement mean.
