Apparently, everybody thinks the Old Forum is gone. It's still there. Rick just made some changes to our home-page template, and while he was at it, he moved the New Forum to the bar at the top and moved the Old Forum link under the category "New Forums" on the left side of the page. There are no plans to eliminate the Old Forum. We just want the New Forum to be the default forum so newcomers will have a better impression of the beach-cat world and also to make the New Forum more easily accessible for the almost 1,100 sailors who are registered on it. Please look for the "Old Open Forum" link in its new location and retrain your mouse.

Sorry, we weren't really trying to make it that difficult to find. In effect, it just swapped places with the New Forum.
