Where have you put your Compass's ?

I have 2 Silva 85's (deck mounts, but I have carbon plates to go behind them) so plan to put one or 2 on the tramp.



Now, has aonyone put these sort on there tramps yet and where is the best place to put them.

I've only sailed the boat a few times (either howling like mad or very little wind) and so I don't really know where is best.

Just one in the middle 2 feet behind the front beam ? Remember my boat will usually be raced single handed.

Just after some advise as I'd like to fit them before Mumbles !
