I told a friend of mine we would have robots someday we couldn't tell from humans, and he laughed. All they have to do is work out the movements!! Can we say "TERMINATOR" ?

... Reminds me a 'MythBusters' episode when they were testing an old polygraph machine and Tory asked Grant Imohara if he had ever built or wanted to build a female robot. They had a male version too on the news the other day. Just can't find it. This is scary. Think about the calculator when it first came out and look where they are now. This thing could be just like us in a few years.

Just what I need! A high-maintenance robot that continually gives me lists of things to do, makes a mess around the house, constantly corrects me when I drive, won't cook, spends my money, and sticks me with the kids when it goes out for "girl robots night out"! <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />

Our only hope is that they will run under Windows, in which case while they are locked up waiting for the old ctrl-alt-del we can sneak out have fun. Other opportunities would be while their software is endlessly looking for updates...
