Does anyone know if the jib halyard can be set up to be adjustable from the tramp?

Hobie Tiger with jib furler.
I can lead the jib halyard down thru the furler to a block then back to the tramp.
If I do this and tie the block to the spin pole, will that put the tension for the halyard in the wrong place?

Thanks

Yes it can. You have a furler so I will go there. When you look at the furler from the top you will see that there is a hole through the top. It may only take a very thin line but you can put something there. After you tie the thin line to the tack of the jib then trough that hole you have to figure out a turning block system to get it to the bridle tang at the hull. From there back to a cleat on the crossbar. If this does not make sense I will try to draw it for you.

Later,
Dan
