The 2007 Hardway Race (Santa Barbara to Ventura) is Saturday, May 19th. This is the first of three distance races in the the Land Rover Island Series.

So far there are 4 beachcats pre-registered. We need at least one more to get a start!

So, if you're sitting on the fence or putting off your registration, please make an effort to get it done ASAP.

There appears to be a problem with the PBYC webpage for the entry forms and NOR...so send an email direct to the RO at:

P.S. the NOR states that boats under 18 ft can enter with permission of the RO...so F16's should be possible.

I will most likely be doing the Anacapa Race this year but the Hardway race is just to much trouble logistically to get the trailer back from SB to Ventura.

On our way to San Carlos for the 2 day distance race the following weekend. Not enough time to do both.

Gas prices are really going to hurt if we make the Anacapa race (round trip from Phoenix). Especially if its a shorted course or to windy and the trip is a bust.
