what is the condition of the hulls, sails, tramp, and other related equipment? Does it come with a trailer and what is the location? Year of the boat?

I have a feeling your price is so high because your selling the engine? I'd suggest selling the engine separate. You'll get more money and most people buying a hobie won't want it.
That said I wouldn't go much above $3,000 unless it's a 90's boat, but its too hard to set an exact price without knowing the year.

I sold an '84 18 Mag a couple of years ago for $2500, and felt I was getting a fair price for it. It was in good cond, with original sails and trl. Not a lot of 'em out west here, nor a lot of buyers.
