I have nothing but praise for US Sailing's One Design Racing insurance agent, very responsive and competive. F-16 class was added to their list of one designs in less that 2 hours for web quoting.

An alternate is Progressive. They actually knew what a Blade F16 was when I called them. I don't have the specs in front of me, but is is $137/year. Not in FL or on the coast where I'd assume rates are higher.

Another company I called (that happens to have the insurance on my home and cars) insisted that I list what size motor I had for my SAILboat. Their quote was a little high, even with a 0 hp motor. What <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> a bunch of doofuses.
