Can anyone please post good pictures of a properly rigged nacra trapeze system? (with dogbone and bungie cords and all)
thanks

Here's an image of the stock system from the Nacra manual. Bungee cords through the hull tied off in a bowline, trap lines tied to them and knotted through the adjuster block and then through the dogbones. The only "upgrade" to consider could be a "hi-lo" adjuster from pg.49 of the Murrays catalog which makes it easier to adjust the trapeze length on the fly.

so I guess I tie the rope directly to the bungie cord? I'm just kind of confused how the bungie cord connects to it all.
Also, what about blocks that are on some trapeze lines?
thanks

the rope is tied to one end of the dog bone/hoop. The rope then goes through the thimble on the wire. After that, the plastic piece goes on to act as a stopper. From there, the rope ties to the bungie which goes through the tramp and over to the other side.

That make sense?

Now, some systems have more bungie under the tramp, but most don't.

Some systems have blocks(pulleys) attached to the thimble, and the line runs thru the blk instead of the thimble. This reduces friction, maintaining upward tension on the dogbone to keep it hooked in.
