The Commodore's Classic is coming up June 23-24 at Huntington Lake, California. This is a fabulous regatta and all catsailors are invited. We had hoped to hold our first West Coast F16 event there. We do not have enough boats to pull this off, but three of us will be there sailing in the open class with As, F18s, H20s, and big nacras.

Fabulous--I'll be there Thursday night or very early Friday morning. Is your mast straight now?

Not yet, been too busy trying to learn to sail. I'll probably take a shot at it the weekend before the race. Will let everyone know how it comes out.

I've notice a very subtle twist in my mast too. Not sure if it affects me much.

I have now officially reserved space so you can count me in as well. I plan on arriving early on Friday morning with my Nacra 5.0 F16. I have installed the hardware for the roller furling spinnaker but am still waiting for the chute. I am told the sail will be here on 6/15 so I am sure I will have sorting out to do on Friday as well.
