We use the 432 model on our Hobie Tiger side shrouds. They work well - very easy to get consistent tension readings. We tape them up before sailing in case the retaining clip comes off the nut (which could allow the nut to work loose and drop the rig).
I have used them lots on a Star, and thought about using them on my F18, but have not tried them. It is nice to take a turn on or off of the shrouds in the star as wind or wave conditions change. It would be nice to be able to do that on the F18 sometimes.
I have them too but I think they need to be covered with shroud adjuster covers after taping them. Someone who crewed for me once slid forward when we buried the bow and really scraped his leg pretty badly on the teeth of the stay master.

Good point - we put covers over ours to prevent this happening. The regular boots didn't fit so we slit them open and fitted them slit forwards, taping them up each time.
I have a set of covers from a set of shrouds with StaMasters I purchased off Charlie Ogletree some years back. The covers are just short lengths of PVC plastic pipe with a top cap fitted. These just slide over the StaMasters before attaching to boat. They act a bit like rollers if lines pass over them.

Besides the coolness factor these shroud are a lot safer than standard shroud adjusters. They can be adjusted on the water without fear of dropping the pin and (or) dismasting. It also eliminates a clevis pin which can work free and lead to dismasting. In the fleet of monohulls I race in everyone has switched over to these.
Stock on the Capricorn - as others have said, tape the retainers once adjusted, and use shroud boots to cover the threads. F18 rules say they cannot be adjusted while racing, but ok to adjust between races. If you are racing HCA regattas, they're not allowed at all - but someone would be digging pretty deep when filing a protest on something like that. If you race mostly HCA races, I wouldn't put them on. If you're recreational or Portsmouth, I think you'll very much like the convenience.

After watching Lionel Messi play, I realize I need to sail harder.
Well actually I hold the record around here for dismasting TWICE in the same race because those things slipped. The teeth were worn. So yes you can definitely dismast with them.

Acid Test -- Do you still use them (new ones of course )?
