Where can I keep a NACRA 5.8 with the mast up in this general area. Is there any Marinas or Clubs that allow mast up storage? Also, is there any sailing around Richmond Va. in lieu of Va Beach?

I think you got all the answer you're going to get re Richmond on your previous post. Tappahanock, Deltaville, Mobjack Bay (Ware River YC) could all offer you mast up storage; all about 1.5 hours from Richmond; about the same as Va Beach but maybe less weekend traffic. DC is about 2 hours; storage of any kind up there is tough...
