Is there a silicone product that the spin and snuffer bag can literally be soaked in that will last longer than "mclube " and some of those other spray on products?

Eric,

You can buy McLube in liquid form. and this is a much better value, than the spray cans. You can apply the liquid with a applicator (old cleaned out windex bottle) or can brush it on. I have found that McLube is the best for making your spinnaker slide in and out of the snuffer systems.

Even better is to use a spinnaker that is made of cloth pre-impregnated with silicon. Our class (F-18HT) has been using Smyth spins that come made out of this cloth. The difference is amazing. Check your class rules before using this type of spinnaker material.
