Any word on these designs sailing against each other since Texel? Just wondering if any one sail plan has become a front runner.

Also, let me make sure I have the two mod's straight.

M20 GTI = M20 with Tornado rig?
VX-20 = M20 GT w/larger spi and main?

Both those rigs are using the shorter T mast and not the original tapered M20 mast, right? Are both masts tear drop? I can't keep it all straight.....

I think that VX20 has the Tornado rig and the M20 GTI has the taller rig and larger Spi.

M20 : tall mast a large mainsail no jib.
M20 GTI : same as the M20 but with a jib added.
VX-20 : M20 platform but with a tornado mast an entlarged Tornado main, but a tornado jib.

The tornado carbon is definatley tear drop shaped, I'm not really certain about the M20 (both) mast crossectional shape

Has anyone seen that one of these rigs is a much better all around performer? If you had a preference, which rig would YOU own?

I would opt for the VX-20 rig.

But mostly because this one locks into all the Tornado development where the M-20 and M20-GTI see much less of that.

All versions are far to rare to have raced eachother more then a handful of times and the data is pretty ambiquious.
