Hi all,

I've been collecting data from different posts, but couldn't come up with the definite answer:
What do I need for the 2 line spinnaker halyard setup on my N-F18 (old model)? especially, how long, what type, what diameter, tapered over what distance? (halyard running to the back of the tramp and back, tack line running to the back of the tramp as well)
I'll put the block/cleat at the mast at app. 2ft high I guess. What block/cleat do you use (harken no.?)? I remember most of these things have been posted before, but I can't seem to find them all...

Thanks!

Sander

Sander, I believe the dimensions are 78' overall length with a 26' taper.
Lines:
I am using 5mm Robline Racing sheet spliced into 3mm dyneema. The racing sheet provides a light and grippy line to raise and snuff the chute, and the dyneema is very thin for low windage and weight. I've been very happy with it.
Good luck.
