I am going to be at the A Cat Worlds Thursday and Friday. I am going just for an opportunity to video some of the event. I know it sounds kind of crazy to go across the country to do only that but...I would like to know if anyone knows someone that can get me on a boat. If there is something like a press boat that would be the best as they follow the action. Other than that I am willing to help out on a Mark boat. I will schlep anchors, drive or whatever is needed in order to be on the water to get some video.
I am on the board of directors at Alamitos Bay Yacht Club in Long Beach. I have chaired regattas and helped out with many others in capacity of press boat driver, mark boat, field boat and also have lots of committee boat experience.
I am arriving late Wednesday night and will be staying with Jeremy Laundergan at the host hotel. All of the California teams can point me out if you can help.
