mossies are 4900mm long. the hulls on ebay are 5450mm long..... probably not. 5450 mm is close enough to 18 feet. could be a stingray? pretty sure that a tornado is 6 metres or 20 feet.
any other guesses????

Interesting beam arrangement on the 'unknown' boat....whatever it is it has daggerboards....so not a stingray...maybe a 'witch but guessing

other than that there is another mossie on Ebay...other than "Splashes of brilliance".....maybe the NSW guys might be interested

Had a look at the boat yesterday. The boat looks in good condition, no soft spots but it does have the long boards on it and it does look like a heavy weight boat( hence why I asked about the yardstick change).
The sail Number of the boat is 1045

William,

The only way you will know is to weigh it...you may be surprised...as for the long boards, not hard to change the rest...well, another boat sailing and it seems at the right price.
