Last Spring break a close friend and I sailed my 5.2 about 100 miles along the coast of Tx and back. Camping on the beachs at night and carrying all the gear we needed on the boat.

We are looking to do it again this Spring break but want some company. I don't think a Hobie 16 would have any trouble with this trip and none of the bigger Hobies would either.

Having a few more boats would make things alot safer and would make it a little more fun. If anyone wants to join us we need to start planning now. I can give you a list of the stuff we took last year and some info.

Once again this trip was ton's of fun last year. But there will be some extreme conditions, huge waves and wind (at least for our cats). This isn't a race, just a fast cruise up the coast.
