Hey all, we will be set up & ready to go on Friday morning. I remember Mary or Barb talking about doing informal races through out the day on Friday. Is this still the plan? If so, what time will the races start?

You guys tell us. I was thinking Friday afternoon with marks, flags and whistles, say around 2pmish?

We'll be making final preps and setup for the event in the morning, but anybody who wants to grab the marks and throw them out in the water can casually scrimmage all they want.
