Do any of you guys play golf?

Wouldn't we have a blast playing a scramble to raise cash for Youth Sailing?

NAMSA Scramble, in Orlando or Tampa....

Just thinking.....

The best two balls I ever hit was with a garden rake.

What is that? Kids scramble out of the way as we try to hit them with golf balls? sounds rather mean to me!

If they just stand still, I'm sure the odds of any of us actually hitting them with the ball goes down considerably.

Getting permission from the "boss" to fly to Florida for a scramble might be a stretch, but maybe I'll play a round in WI the day you have your scramble.

Any time I have connected with a golf ball it goes up in the air and lands 3 feet behind me----so I don't think I would be much good. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I could never play much golf. I'd be constantly looking up at the breeze in the trees and be wondering to myself why I used my hall pass for hitting a little ball with a stick instead of going sailing...
