I got 2 bottles each of Internal Flush (colon cleaning) and Rapid Slim SX (diet pills, that don't make you hyper) from WalMart. I did know exercise what so ever other than a lot of walking. Almost 8 inches off my waist and doing Internal flush made me feel like a 25 year old again (I am 57!!!)

It works. Pics don't lie. You should do Internal Flush (1 bottle) twice a year after first time with 2.

Boat may be a little faster with 30 less lbs this season!!! (LOL) <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Also, it appears that you shaved off your moustache. Some people will do ANYTHING to lose an ounce or two. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

That was work related (mustache), and yes I was. We all are backed up. Weird how good you feel when it is gone (LOL).

I make sure to use a heaping teaspoon of Metamucil daily; shouldn't that count?

I'd rather make sure I get plenty of ruffage in my diet and exercise regularly. Simply "cleansing" my colon won't do much for my cardiovascular health.

(I know I'm setting up some good jokes with that last sentence)

True, but I think his objective is to lose pounds and inches.

That is why I try to walk two to three miles minimum a day. And will be uncovering the Ab Lounger on the porch this week. Use to do 1600 crunches a week. Will help with hiking. Will have to work up to that <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
