Noticed this on Rick's online store. I think it's for windsurfing, but I wonder if it would work with the J&H handles. I should just be able to hook the handle under the pulley??? Anyone done this? It should work with my murray's half harness, right?

that is definately a windsurfing spreader bar. I have one for my windsurfing harness. Because there is not much of a "hook" I would be very leary of using it on the cat. It would not make a very secure connection when going out on the wire. I think it would accidentally unhook very easily.
