On SA, John Williams is sharing unofficial, unconfirmed info that the infamous cat vote *may not be reaffirmed*. We will wait for the real official reprots. Keep your fingers crossed!

As posted in another thread - a report that the Events Committee will recommend that the Council NOT reaffirm the November vote. Don't forget that the Council disregarded the Events Committee's recommendation last year, which included open multihull and women's skiff events. We're not at the top of the mountain yet.

Regardless of which way it goes... hat's off my friend and to all those that got us to this point!

But the easiest to reach is the secretary [email][email protected].[/email] Many of USSailing's emails are available on the ussailing site if you choose to send an email to them. I have again fired off 20-30 emails that were very politely written to those who I felt were in a position to assist with this issue. John, again thanks for your tireless work and efforts that you have put into this issue. Getting the vote not reaffirmed is but one part of the process, but if that happens it is a step in the right direction.
