whats the ideal all up crew weight for the I20? both 7' tall of course!

I think min is 320 and we've found that 340 is probably ideal.

Can you correct to the min, or must skipper and crew weigh this "naturally"?

I believe class rules allow for some corrector weight to be added to the center of the N20, but I can't remember what the maximum amount was (mabye 25 lbs?)
