Any regattas or anything like that going on the weekend of January 11-12???? My brother is going down there on business, and I was interested in tagging along if he and I could go sailing.
A regatta where we could borrow or rent a boat would be ideal, but if that isn't available, access to a boat to play with would also be a great time for a couple of very frozen very white guys!

Sorry don't know of any on those dates. The next is the Hangover Regatta New Years Day on Dunedin Causeway then a lot of us will be getting ready to make the trip down to Rick's for the Tradewinds 17-19th. Back for the Super Bowl Regatta 25-26th. Then in Feb 15-16 the GYC-A+ Regatta for A Cats Taipans and Open Class.
A couple of us are thinking about sailing 14s in Clearwater to shake some winter rust off on the 12th. Find one and come play!

What do you mean "Master"? You aren't old enough yet, are you? Anyway, how many 14's are sailing in Florida now? Are they all old boats, or are some people ordering new ones? I'll bet lots of people are now wishing they had held onto their original 14. Everything seems to come full circle eventually. Problem is that nobody has garages or closets big enough to store everything until it becomes popular or stylish again.

Hey Tim, I'd be happy to take you for a ride on either day. If the weather isn't to bad I'll be at Dunedin Causeway. We could sail down to Clearwater and see if I can finally pass Bob. E-mail me if you are interested We'd be sailing the Mystere 6.0. I might let you drive

If things work out, and we don't have a bad- [color:"blue"] [/color] weather weekend (Jan. 11-12), I would most likely be able to take one of you out for a sail in the Gulf. I sail out of Dunedin Causeway almost every weekend. I noticed that my "sailin' bud", Mike has offered, also.
I am in contact with Mike, so if you guys get something together we can all go for a little sail. I have a P19MX. Dave
