Are you talking about the one on the rear crossbar where the mainsheet goes through? Mine is loose and I haven't figured out how it is attached. I think I have to take the swivel part off first and then there will be a rivot under it. I think you can get the part from Murrays.com but I wasn't sure if it was the correct part.
